Refund and Return Policy

At YERAXAH, your satisfaction is our top priority. This policy explains the terms and conditions for refunds, returns, and exchanges of the products and services we provide, in accordance with Thailand's Consumer Protection Act B.E. 2522 (1979) and other applicable laws.

Consumer Rights in Thailand

As a consumer in Thailand, you are entitled to protections under the Consumer Protection Act, including the right to cancel contracts for distance purchases and legal warranties for defective products.

1. Right to Cancel Contract

For Distance Purchases (Online): Under Thailand's Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 7 days from the date of receiving the product, without needing to provide any reason.

During this period, you can return the product and request a full refund of the amount paid, including original shipping costs.

2. Conditions for Exercising Cancellation Rights

  • Products must be in perfect condition, unused, and with all original accessories and packaging intact
  • Must retain receipt or tax invoice/receipt
  • Must notify request within 7 days from receiving the product
  • Returned products must be in resalable condition

3. Products Excluded from Cancellation Rights

Under Thai law, the following products are excluded from cancellation rights:

  • Perishable goods or those for immediate consumption
  • Custom-made products or tailored to size
  • Digital products already downloaded or digital services already used
  • Personal hygiene products after opening
  • Products that by nature cannot be returned
  • Gift cards, coupons, or promotional vouchers

4. Return Process

To request a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service through the channels provided below within 7 days
  2. Provide order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions
  4. Pack the product securely with all accessories and documentation
  5. Send the product according to provided instructions
  6. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process your refund

5. Defective Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, you have the right to:

  • Request a free replacement
  • Request repair at no cost
  • Request a full refund including shipping costs

In these cases, we will cover return shipping costs. Please notify us immediately upon receiving the product.

6. Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Timeframe: Within 14 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product
  • Method: Through the same payment method used for the original purchase
  • Amount: Full purchase amount including original shipping costs (if applicable)

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect.

7. Exchanges

We accept product exchanges within the same 7-day period. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If you wish to exchange a product:

  • Contact our customer service to check availability
  • Follow the same return process
  • Indicate the desired replacement product
  • If there is a price difference, you will be charged or refunded accordingly

8. Shipping Costs

  • Normal Returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Defective Products: We cover all shipping costs
  • Incorrect Products: We cover all shipping costs
  • Exchanges: Shipping costs depend on the specific case

9. Legal Warranties

Under Thailand's Consumer Protection Act, all products are covered by legal warranties against manufacturing defects:

  • Products must function as advertised
  • Products must be free from hidden defects
  • Warranty period depends on product type and manufacturer's specifications

10. Warranty Limitations

Legal warranties do not cover:

  • Damage caused by improper use
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage from accidents or external forces
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Non-compliance with usage instructions

11. Services and Digital Products

For services and digital products:

  • Once a service has been fully performed, it cannot be cancelled
  • Digital products already downloaded cannot be refunded
  • Subscriptions can be cancelled before automatic renewal
  • Refunds for services will be proportional to unused portion

We reserve the right to modify this refund and return policy. Changes will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. We recommend reviewing this policy periodically. Changes will not affect purchases made before the modification date.
